With such a visual product, it was important for their new website to show off the beauty of Silvara’s one-of-a-kind Crab Orchard stone. We worked with Silvara Stone to develop a visually stimulating website that showcased more than 200 photos (and counting) of their stone and masonry work. Idea galleries were created to draw users searching for the right stone for their next project. Site features included SEO optimization and responsive web design, allowing users to find and access Silvara Stone online through a variety of search engines and devices.
During the first two months following the launch, Silvara Stone’s website was viewed more than 3,300 times with a nearly 75% new visitor rate. In the 20 months since the site went live, Silvara has had more than 41,500 page views, with 3.5 pages viewed per session and an average session duration of two and a half minutes. In addition, more than 76% of sessions have been first time visits.
